Welcome to Ringwood Plants, an Australian-based online store dedicated to offering a wide range of young tropical plants perfect for terrarium enthusiasts and makers.
Our plants come as "bottle babies" with well-established root systems, making them ideal for terrariums and paludarium. We provide affordable pricing options for small businesses, school workshops and retail customers alike.
Ordering process :
1. Please fill out the form provided on this page.
2. Upon receipt of your order, we require 2 business days to process it and prepare your plants for shipping.
3. Following that, we will send you the invoice.
*You have the option to make payment either through PayPal or via bank transfer to an account number that we will provide you.
It's done! Your plants are ready to get to your door step!
Please note: If an order remains unpaid 24 hours after the invoice is sent, the order will be withdrawn and all items added back to stock.

Delivery, Pick up:
Ringwood Plants offers public pick-up for customers who are interested to pick up their orders from Ringwood. Once the invoice is sent, we will coordinate a pickup time and location.
On weekdays, pickups are scheduled after 4:00 p.m. Pickup and delivery options are available on weekends through prior booking.
Delivery is free within 15 km from Ringwood for bulk orders and for deliveries over 15 kilometres, the delivery fee will be applied.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to addresses over15 Kilometers from Ringwood, these orders will be sent through Australian Express Post. Please make sure to provide us correct delivery address.
Shipping:
The plants are shipped via Australian Express Post. Our plant shipments cover VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and ACT.
Usually, these shipments are scheduled for Mondays or Tuesdays, ensuring the plants' timely and pristine delivery.
If you have a preference regarding the delivery or if you have been working with a reliable courier, please let us know, we do our best to organize your delivery with them.
Please note: Due to biosecurity restrictions, we do not post plants to Tasmania, NT, and WA.
The orders are packed in specially designed and manufactured cartons with ventilation holes. The plants are held in the trays placed in special inserts to secure plants during the transit. To check how we pack the plants, please click here.
Shipping Cost
Please make sure to provide us correct delivery address. If there is any change in your email, or postal address, please notify us as soon as possible. Ringwood Plants cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery address.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours after placing your order. Our customer service will sort it out.
Refund: If there is an issue with plants (wrong quantity or variety) by random chance, please notify us within 24 hours of plants arrival. Please email us with a picture of the plants and our customer service will sort it out.
If we do not receive an email within 24 hours of your order arriving, we cannot accept liability for any issues.
For any wrong quantity or variety, we can offer you a refund or credit ( please let us know your preference) to ensure you are a satisfied customer and experience a happy purchase with Ringwood Plants.
If there is any change in your email or postal address, please notify us as soon as possible. Ringwood Plants cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses.
The plants are living products, so they need a proper environment (temperature, humidity, light) to stay healthy. When you receive your plants, please water them as soon as possible, it helps them to recover and adapt to their new environment.
We recommend to pot the plants or using them in your terrarium as soon as possible. Otherwise, the plants might face some issues like wilting ( due to dry condition), becoming leggy if they stay for a long time, rotting ( due to overwatering), lose their color and pattern if they are held in cold condition.
