The plants are shipped from Melbourne via Express Post.
Usually, these shipments are scheduled for Mondays or Tuesdays, ensuring the plants' timely and pristine delivery.
If you have a preference regarding the delivery or if you have been working with a reliable courier, please let us know, we do our best to organize your delivery with them.
Please note: Due to biosecurity restrictions, we do not post plants to Tasmania, NT, and WA.
Plants are carefully positioned within specially designed trays tailored for young plants. Each tray could include 105 plants.
The orders are packed in custom-designed cartons that feature ventilation holes.

Ringwood Plants offers public pick-up for customers who are interested to pick up their orders from Ringwood. Once the invoice is sent, we will coordinate a pickup time and location.
On weekdays, pickups are scheduled after 4:00 p.m. Pickup and delivery options are available on weekends through prior booking.
Delivery is free within 15 km from Ringwood for bulk orders and for deliveries over 15 kilometres, the delivery fee will be applied.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to addresses over15 Kilometers from Ringwood, these orders will be sent through Australian Express Post. Please make sure to provide us correct delivery address.
The plants are living products, so they need a proper environment (temperature, humidity, light) to stay healthy. When you receive your plants, please water them as soon as possible, it helps them to recover and adapt to their new environment.
We recommend to pot the plants or using them in your terrarium as soon as possible. Otherwise, the plants might face some issues like wilting ( due to dry condition), becoming leggy if they stay for a long time, rotting ( due to overwatering), lose their color and pattern if they are held in cold condition.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours after placing your order. Our customer service will sort it out.
Refund: If there is an issue with plants (wrong quantity or variety) by random chance, please notify us within 24 hours of plants arrival. Please email us with a picture of the plants and our customer service will sort it out.
If we do not receive an email within 24 hours of your order arriving, we cannot accept liability for any issues.
For any wrong quantity or variety, we can offer you a refund or credit ( please let us know your preference) to ensure you are a satisfied customer and experience a happy purchase with Ringwood Plants.
If there is any change in your email or postal address, please notify us as soon as possible. Ringwood Plants cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses.
We make all our effort to package your plants with care to assure they arrive safely and in a good condition. However, we are not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss caused by Australia Post.
