It usually takes one to two business days to process your order.
We will send you the invoice once your plants are ready for shipping. Generally a day after placing your order.
You have the option to make payment either through PayPal or via bank transfer to an account number that we will provide you.
Shipping costs for bulk orders depend on the number and size of plants, as well as the delivery location. If you need more information, feel free to contact us.
For orders with less than 40 plants, shipping costs are typically in the range of $18 to $20.
Yes, absolutely. We will coordinate a suitable time to collect your plants, which can be picked up from our Ringwood location. You can conveniently schedule your pick-up after 4:30 pm on weekdays, and for weekends, we kindly request that you make prior arrangements.
It normally takes two to five business days. However, the transit time depends on the delivery postcodes and how busy Australian post is.
For example, the orders sent to QLD take at least three days to arrive, while the orders normally arrive SA in one or two business days! Though, during peak time like Christmas time, there may be a delay in orders arrival.
Care will be taken when your plants are packaging. The plants are supplied in a tray of 105 cells for bulk orders. The plants are placed in their holders and are taped to avoid moving the plants during transit. To see how we package your plants, click here.
We make our best effort to package your plants by care to assure your plants arrive safely and in good condition. For small orders, the plants are wrapped in bubble wrap plastic and put in box filled with shredded papers.

If by some random chance there is an issue with plants (wrong variety or quantity), please notify us within 24 hours of plants arrival. Please email us with a quick picture of the plants and our customer service will sort it out.
